There is a minimum charge of $1.00 per month if usage doesn't exceed 1,000 emails delivered per domain. For example, if you have 4 different domains setup to send transactional emails, though collectively only 2,000 emails were sent across all four domains, you will be charged $4.00 for the billing cycle.

*We only charge for delivered emails, meaning that if an email is undelivered or bounces, you are not billed for that, as the email wasn't delivered to an inbox. It is expected that bounce rates are kept under 2%, if that were to be exceeded, we work with you to resolve that to prevent reputation issues with further email deliveries.
