What does up to 2 day business response mean?
This means that it can take up to 2 business days for us to respond and start working on a request. During peak request periods we may need up to 2 business days to get through the queue. Though during normal request periods you'll hear from us a lot sooner.
So how does billing work with Microsoft?
The services that we provide cover all of the expenses with Microsoft. So you don't have to pay for two bills here, we pay the bill with Microsoft on your behalf. For example, the Individual Professional plan above, the $30 per month we charge, it includes the $6/month that Microsoft charges.
What if you can't resolve the request?
That's the beauty of the managed offering here, we handle the technical support with Microsoft for you. In the rare case that we can't resolve the request on our own, we will open a support request with Microsoft and handle that for you.
What is the difference between the Web and Desktop versions of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint?
The Web version of the software means that you would only be able to access them in a web browser (like Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.). The Desktop version means that you can install them on your computer, tablet, or phone and be able to use them without an internet connection.
What is Microsoft Teams?
Teams is a super charged online meeting platform. This is the app that you can have online meetings, chat with coworkers, virtually call your team members, etc. Think of it as Zoom and Slack combined.
What is a custom domain email service?
This means that you can have your own unique email address that matches your company. For example you can have me@company.com instead of company@outlook.com for a more professional appearance for your business.
