What does up to 2 day business response mean?
This means that it can take up to 2 business days for us to respond and start working on a request. During peak request periods we may need up to 2 business days to get through the queue. Though during normal request periods you'll hear from us a lot sooner.
So how does billing work with Google?
The services that we provide cover all of the expenses with Google. So you don't have to pay for two bills here, we pay the bill with Google on your behalf. For example, the Individual Professional plan above, the $30 per month we charge, it includes the $7.20/month that Google charges.
What if you can't resolve the request?
That's the beauty of the managed offering here, we handle the technical support with Google for you. In the rare case that we can't resolve the request on our own, we will open a support request with Google and handle that for you.
What is a custom domain email service?
This means that you can have your own unique email address that matches your company. For example you can have me@company.com instead of company@outlook.com for a more professional appearance for your business.
